Dr Tony Chen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with subspecialist fellowship training in cataract and refractive surgery, manual small-incision cataract surgery (MSICS) and medical retina.       • Medical Retina Fellowship - Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan (one of the largest hospitals in the world), under Professors Yih-Shiou Hwang and Chi-Chun Lai.
